The successful candidates will work on MS Axapta implementations working directly with client companies to gather and document requirements, leading the functional work-stream, from client workshops, through to finalising functional specifications and overseeing the systems configuration.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Report directly to Axapta implementation project manager, the role is for a lead functional consultant who will take day to day responsibility for ensuring that the Axapta solution is tailored to meet the clients requirements.
· Liaise with the project manager and client sponsor to plan the project, lead the application design sessions and assist in the configuration of the application.
· Lead the project during the user acceptance testing, training and rollout phases, providing necessary support to the end users to ensure optimum usage of the Axapta financials application.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Min. 2 years Axapta Financials implementation experience required.
Experience of Business Process analysis and design required.
REQUIREMENTS:
· MS Axapta Financials functional experience
· Team lead / Project management & implementation experience
· Experience in analysing user requirements, running design workshops, documenting client business requirements.
· Experience in the design and delivery of End User Training
· Experience in running User Acceptance Testing and managing issue resolution
· Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data manipulation.
Some knowledge of the following is an advantage, but not essential.
· Functional experience in one or more Axapta modules
· Functional experience in other package applications eg. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft
· Financial accounting qualifications or extensive experience within a finance function would be idealJOB SUMMARY
